About 200 competitors take part to the competition in both cities and after hours of battle, the 10 champions from each city have thrived. Dominique Blanchard was the big winner of the qualifying tournament of Brest. This 48 years player has completed this excellent performance only because he regularly read poker books. He has also stepped up testing in online tournaments. And having taken the risk of participating in this championship, his efforts were rewarded largely because he will be at the finals along with Erwan Kersulec, Cedric Poullaouec, Frederick Bohec, Gerard Traon, Gilles Realland, Jonathan Bavant, Michael Cao,Patrice Crochet and Sylvain Batany.

As for Nantes, it Matthew Martinez who dominated the competition. This thirty years old conductor building has also started his live poker tournament in Nantes. During the tournament, he showed an exceptional talent that let him earned the privilege to sit at Rennes. Among his opponents in this competition, Adam Pinto, Bruno Hook, Christopher Courtec Marco Alves, Matthew Martinez, Max Brohan Mazayar Torabi, Michel Kauffmann, Rudolph Sebastien and Luquet Loiseau were also qualified. The two main winners of these two second round games will still be armed with key strategies to win the title. But victory or not, we must say they have already made excellent achievements in managing to be among the finalists of Rennes.
