World Team Poker: Texas Dolly joined the dream team
We've announced some time ago the creation of an innovative poker tournament to be held at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas on next May the 19th , it was the World Team Poker, a poker tournament by team. 19 countries are expected to participate in it which are Germany, Britain, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, China, South Korea, Greece, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, USA, Vietnam. The stage at the Golden Nugget will host 40 professional poker players who will be divided into 8 teams of five players. The organizers of the World Team Poker have announced they have recruited several big names of poker, like the U.S. team which has just receive a great personality of poker, the mythical Doyle Brunson.
The player himself has approved his participation to the World Team Poker, he will co-captain the U.S. team with "The Poker Brat" who precedes him in number of bracelets in the World Series of Poker. The list of members of Team USA WTP is now complete, the team of the Star Spangled Banner will include Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, Annie Duke, Howard Lederer, Allen Cunningham, Chris Ferguson, Jennifer Harman, Mike Matusow and Erik Seidel. The British armada is also complete. It is composed of Dave Devilfish 'Ulliot, Ram Vaswani, Joe Beevers, Surinder Sunar, Peter Costa, Dave Colclought James Akenhead and their captain Ben Roberts. This new poker appointment already promises to become a regular unmissed meeting.
