Evian Poker Open: Cyril André becomes the new champion

The fourth edition of the Evian Poker Open took place from March 15 to 21 in the Casino of Evian, a game room which gives a breathtaking view of the spectacular scenery of Lake Leman and the Alps. They were in total 128 players to register on the table of the Main Event with €2,200 entrance fee. After several days of competition, it was finally the French Cyril 'DonLimit' André, who was crowned king of Evian. The French player is a seasoned cash game on Internet devoted himself rarely to live poker tournaments. If considering chips, Cyril was always well off throughout the tournament. "DonLimit" has gone alone until the final table at which he was the player who had the biggest stack. There was a decrease in Cyril scheme before the last four stage when he decided to take the bull by the horns to resume ahead of the competition.



Then he left three players in the race, the trio decided to make a deal to revise the rate of earnings. The three men were certain to receive € 46,000 each. Cyril André attended Antoine Labat to post competition Finnish Puwa Kimmo. "DonLimit" had started on the wrong foot on the final head's up, before making a sensational comeback. He returned to Antoine 'mpiyavv' Labat, doubling his stack before completely crush a few hands later. By winning the Head's Up Final, Cyril André goes home with the title and the sum of € 51,000.
