United States: The projects of legalization of online poker seem to disappear

Several U.S. states are trying to establish a law that would legalize online poker. The expansion of the game was lively throughout the United States, some states had more success than others. Ohio, Pennsylvania and Delaware had seen the biggest changes, but lawmakers from Iowa were stubborn. The expansion of the game had been discussed, but it was killed. Iowa would be the pioneer of online gambling and poker regulated. It now appears that the project is deadlocked because of the total clauses relating to online poker and casino games. Issues such as licenses have become a point of contention. In discussions, operators will not need to seek public approval for a new license every eight years, but would be allowed to keep their casinos without such notice.

However, as no general consensus can be reached, and that time is running out to enact the law, legislators will not be able to complete the bill extending the games in these sessions. If poker players who were impatient to finally go rejoicing to enjoy the great poker tournaments in the existing casinos in the state, the big losers are the citizens of the State who will not be able to enjoy the income generated by the expansion of Bill on gambling.
