Face the Ace : The TV show is not a plagiarism

The Nevada court has just decided on the dispute between the creators of the show " Face the Ace" and the "All-Star Poker Challenge". According to the court, "Face the Ace" was not modeled on "All-Star Poker Challenge", a concept of V show created by Brandon Mc Smith some months earlier. Mc Smith, who has not receive the favor of the court of Nevada will intend to appeal the decision. The case began in 2007; Mc Smith had suggested to Poker Production a program similar to " Face the Ace”, but the production company has neglected this proposal. But two years later, " Face the Ace" makes its appearance, but as we might be expect, the show was produced by Production Poker. Mc Smith, has cried scandal and decides to complain.

He claims at the same time $ 85,000,000 in shame and interest. The poker television show "Face the Ace" which is broadcast on television is one of the most watched poker programming in the USA. The principle issue is very simple and without frills. Qualifications happen first on the Internet. The lucky will move to the next step which mean that they will apprear on TV. On the set of TV, the player must choose his first opponent of the four professional poker players who hide behind a glass without tinfoil. If he beats the first player, he will have the choose to go with gains or go to the second head's up, and so on. On the other side, a defeat causes the loss of previous gains. However three successive wins generate a gain of one million dollars.
