EPT Berlin: A young player Breton pocketed half a million

After the memorable 3rd place has made the Briton Anthony Saout at the last Main Event World Series of Poker in Las Vegas and who has won at his passage 3.3 million Euros, that's another Breton illustrated in a poker tournament of international stature. It is the professional poker player originally from Quimper, Marc Inizan who has just finished in 3rd place at the European Poker Tour Berlin (EPT). For this performance, Quimper has pocketed the sum of 488,000 Euros. Despite of his young age (23 years), he has participated in many international poker tournaments, he could even climb up to the final but he was unable to do better than 3rd place.



After removing a Polish player with pocket kings against pocket queens, he found himself face to face with a Finn and an American. His two opponents had a carpet respectively 10,000,000 and 12,000,000 chips; he looked disadvantage with his 5,700,000 chips, disability that he could not fill. After removal of Poles, the three players still in competition for the title have decided to make an agreement ensuring amicable set the amount that they should give to the winner. The million Euro promised to the winner was so unimportant; it remained only the title that the real issue. This little "deal" between the three finalists reported 500,000 Euros to the French player.
