The French government wants the project to be effective before the starting of the World Cup which will take place in South Africa. But if the occupants of the Palace of Luxembourg came to validate partially the text, it will return to the National Assembly for a second reading, which could cause the delay of its application in the French territory.

During these two days, players and rooms of online poker will hold their breath. The amount of betting is estimated more than two billions Euro and the number of regular players are between one and two millions. The report of the Senator François Trucy estimated that no fewer than 15,000 sites are accessible from France. The market was boosted by the phenomenon of online poker. The market of online poker alone has at least 350 millions Euro of placing.
