WPT, EPT, FPT, PPT, BPT....: The battle is hard

Since a few years, poker has grown considerably. It became a popular competition that competitions and tournaments are becoming more and more numerous. Every town, every country, every continent has its own tournament and it sometimes becomes difficult to navigate. For the uninitiated, the most important appointment of Poker is the World Series of Poker (WSOP). No fewer than 50 tournaments taking place during two months in the city of Las Vegas. These tournaments include all variations of poker. Win a Main Event World Series of Poker is the dream of every poker player, it is simply the Holy Grail. But the reference is the World Poker Tour. A purely American tour in the beginning and after it was exported to Europe (Paris, Barcelona, and Venice) and even in Africa (Marrakech).

To counter this reign of the World Poker Tour in North America, a giant of online poker have just put the ramps on the North American Poker Tour. In Asia, where poker is becoming more and more popular, the Asia Pacific Poker Tour, launched in 2008, stands alone. It is the same for the Latin American Poker Tour, which also has no rival. In Australia, many poker enthusiasts will regale in the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour and the Aussie Million. For France, the Partouche Group has become a crucial operator of French poker and the success of the Partouche Poker Tour shows it. In November in Cannes, the Corsican professional player Jean Paul Pasqualini has won one million Euros for winning the Main Event of the PPT.
