Poker: Michael Phelps is back on the green tables

It has never been a secret for anybody, the American swimmer Michael Phelps is an unconditional of poker. The 14 times Olympic gold medalist exchange with pleasure swimsuit and bathing cap with elegant cloth for long party of poker. To improve his technique in poker, he decided to train as high level sportsmen do. For that, he chooses the best place for training in the world, Las Vegas where he was locked up during one month and half to work his play in an intensive way. The training was fruitful because a few days later the young man finished at the ninth position in a $1,500 buy-in tournament in the Ceasars Palace. Last year, following the photo which surprised him smoking Marijuana in a bong, the swimmer tried to make forget to the public this image of “bad boy” but, unfortunately for him, he must put end on the plays of poker in public.

But Phelps could not stay for long time at the distance of poker. After a long period of absence in the world of poker, the wonder is back. He was seen recently in Atlantic City playing his favorite game. He took part in the Borgata Winter Open, a championship which entrance price was fixed at $2,000 and 64 players came to take part in the event. Phelps in spite of his many sacrings obtains the dream of any player of poker, which is to win at least a major title in his life.
