Erik Haik: More international competitions in his program
After one year of play in the professional circle of poker, the French player, Eric Haik marked 2009 even if he hadn’t take down the first place of the French classification of 2009, a title which was however almost allotted to him until the last minute. During the year which was passed, his performances were only remarkable: he succeeded to write down his name in the list of the great revelations of the French poker. And he does not hope to stop there. Indeed, during the year 2009, this former salesman in a ready-to-wear shop, aged old 43 years old, made an exceptional route. At the beginning, Eric Haik attended the Gaillon Circle and played in small tournaments of poker of 100 Euros. His techniques were improved and he accumulated a good amount of money until he realized that he won much more in poker that while he works.
After his first positive steps in poker, Eric Haik joined the tables of 500 Euros of the Aviation Club of France (ACF), and he did not have problem to get used in the atmosphere because he was often qualified for the final table in its weekly meetings. For this year, Haik envisages more international tournaments in his calendar. He hopes that he will go on some circuits of the European Poker Tour (EPT), a first beginning in the World Series of Poker (WSOP), a participation in an American stage of the World Poker Tour or a presence in the very new tournament North American Poker Tour. And even if he does not have yet sponsor for the moment, he is always optimistic concerning the nearest opening of the market of online gambling in France.
