NAPT Day2: Four French still in the course

The second day of the North American Poker Tour has seen the return of 475 players. But the day 2 of the competition hadn't smiled to the 327 players present on this day. The European Poker Tour Copenhagen 2010 was won by the Swede Anton Wigg. EPT Copenhagen Day 2: Many fright for Elky

In total, 423 players came at the Main Event of the European Poker Tour in Copenhagen. The field has generated a prize pool near of 1.9 million Euros, with €500,000 which will go to the winner. At the end of the Day 1, there were only 243 players for the Day 2, which will leave only 76 lucky players. The French Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier had difficulty for starting the second day; he lost a significant portion of his chips against Patrik Kaltrud. But he was able to return to a comfortable place. EPT Copenhagen, Day 1 A: Andrew Pantling leads the tournament

Since Tuesday, February the16th, the European Poker Tour made a stop in the Danish capital. The organizers announced the stopover as complete but the Day 1A of the European Poker Tour Copenhagen has been marked by a large number of empty seats. They were only 191 participants to start the day. This first day has left 133 survivors. NAPT: The new poker tournament broadcast on ESPN

ESPN channel has just announced on Tuesday that it would broadcast 16 hours of the North American Poker Tour (NAPT), the new tour which will rival the World Poker Tour. The creation of this new poker circuit was announced in January, during the PCA in Bahamas. EFOP Diamond Championship: Roger Lemaire wins a title

Roger Lemaire and Eric Qu were the two last antagonists in the final head’s up of the Euro Diamond Poker Championship held in the Aviation Club de France. The first is a young prodigy of online poker while the second was a player ranked at the fifth position in the latest European Poker Tour of Monaco. Online gambling: “Cybercasinos” deny French justice

France: Complaint against foreign online gambling sites

Since Monday, a group of 104 French casinos whose Group Barrière, Group Tranchant and Joagroupe have filed complaint in the court six online foreign casinos as Bwin, Unibet, Sportingbet for offering illegal online gambling operations in France. These owners of casinos fight then in front of the correctional court of Paris for the sanction of these foreign sites that they report having violated the French law to the detriment of legal operators that comply with very stringent tax regulations. EMOP Gran Canaria: The 2nd season dominated by Maciej Lipny

The second stage of the season II of the European Masters Of Poker (EMOP) proceeded in the Casino Las Palmas of Gran Canaria which already lodged the finale of the Spanish Poker Tour.
