Doyle Brunson: Predicted the end of the world as Nostradamus in 2012
Like every year, in the day before Christmas and the end of the year, the patriarch of poker, Doyle Brunson is accustomed to draw up a short message for his fans and his faithful readers. But this year the content of the message was different to the traditional wishes of Christmas and New Year's Day. In the letter, he announced his fears for the destiny of planet in the years to come, he think that the end of the world will take place in 2012. He, who made a memorable course as a player of poker and who survives to serious problems of health shows this time of a fatalistic bit.
His professional road out of the common and his charisma give him another statute in the world of poker; he is one of the most listened and most influential men. So he is followed by a lot of people on Internet. Recently he has just sent “tweets” which leave the register of his jokes on blondes in which he is very good. “The former Indians Mayas, the former Egyptians and Nostradamus said all that the world would touch at its end in 2012. (…) I study a book of astrology. Every 26,000 years, the sun is aligned with the center of the Universe, causing chaos on the Earth. In 2012 it will arrive again”. He announced also on Twitter that he will make a break after a series of bad results and he will not be present on a table of poker before 2010.
