Classification of French players: A podium without surprise

Everyone wonder who is the French who marked the most the year 2009 in the field of poker? With the approach of the end of the year, it is thus the favorable moment to make the accounts. In the classification of the ten men who gained the most money during the year 2009, the trio of head is without surprises. At the head of file, no other person but Saout is expected. In top of the podium, we find the Breton one indeed. The year 2009 was one year almost perfect for the young prodigy of the French poker; he was just in some step of a world coronation. However, he was still unknown a few months ago, but he had win a place among the November Nine of the World Series of Poker 2009 (WSOP).

Beside that, he still carried out other performances without speaking about his contract of sponsoring which borders 800,000 euros. Saout gained in all 3,744,467 $ in 2009. In the second place, we find another unknown player to general public, Jean-Paul Pasqualini, whose principal performance for the year is a victory in the Partouche Poker Tour for one million euros. In the third place, we find Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier who before the Main Event of the World Series of Poker still held the title of French having gained the most profits in live tournaments in the history of the French poker. He started the year 2009 at top speed with the French hopes on him. He gained in all 1,631,002 $ of profit during this year which will end in a few days.
