Club of the Clubs of French poker: Held of a new general assembly
The date of Saturday November the 14th, 2009 is a symbolic date for the history of the French poker. It is this day that took place a new general assembly of the Club of Clubs of poker (CDC) characterized by a revival of the passion for this play. In all, 19 clubs were represented. This last general assembly is that which brought together the most people compared with the preceding editions. At the time of this edition, the enthusiasm of the representatives of players of poker was also noticed. Concerning the key positions inside the CDC, there was no major change. The innovation came from the board of directors, which was increased of five new administrators. Its newcomers are people who already adhered themselves to the cause of poker for some time.
As its name say, the Club of clubs had for ambition to be a representative of all the circles of French poker which exist. Moreover, the statute mentions clearly that only associations of poker can be affiliated with the Club of clubs. The things to be retained for the general assembly of this year are the participation of the CDC in the debates concerning the law on the opening in competition of the market of online games. This general assembly was also the occasion to point out the spirit of the CDC, which wants poker to be accessible for everyone. There are also the finale of the Individual National Championship of Clubs (CNIC) and the National Championship by Teams of Clubs (CNEC). It is judicious to recall that thanks to the pleasant collaboration of the Poker Academy Dealer, the general meeting of the Club of Clubs could take place itself in their buildings.
