FPT in Nantes: 500 players took the departure
Whereas the eyes of impassioned poker of the whole world were riveted on Las Vegas which accommodated this Saturday November the 7th the final table of the World Series of Poker, the greatest event of poker of the world, the town of Nantes received the same day a stage of the season V of the France Poker Tour. In comparison with the stage in Nice, the Nantes event was most popular. The city indeed accommodated more than 500 players of poker from the four corners of France, who competed during one weekend in a respectful battle of poker without precedent. And the organizers can be pleased with the success of the stage which was one of the calmest and the most disciplined season.
This Nantes stage was also marked by a fewer number of the members of the local club than that of last year, the obligatory qualifications on Internet was there undoubtedly for something. The great finale of the France Poker Tour will take place in Paris indeed, but the place was not still revealed as well as the date, but the organizers will not have to be long in revealing it.
