LAPT: The program of the 3rd edition announced

After the first two seasons of the Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT) which were a true success, its organizers announce now the season 3 planned in 2010. Since its creation in May 2008, there was in all six tournaments. In spite of its few times of existence and the small number of tournament, the Latin American Poker Tour is a popular appointment in South America. During the stages, the tournament attracts many professional players of poker coming from different countries in the world. At the time of the second season, professional players like Vanessa Rousso, Victor Ramdin, Humberto Brenes, Andre Akkari as well as the holders of the World Series of Poker bracelets: Greg Raymer and Chris Moneymaker did not miss answering the call.

Thus, the disagreement with Mexican authorities which led to the cancellation of the stopover in Nuevo Vallarta did not slow down the promoters’ enthusiasm for the event. They even associated 3 new stopovers; there will be thus 5 stages in the program of this 2010 season. It is the paradisiacal place Playa Conchal de Costarica which will open the season of this third edition and it is the pro player native of Costa Rica, Humberto Brenes, who will be the godfather. According to omen of the most famous Costa Rican player of poker Humberto “Shark” Brenes, the number of participants who will be registered for the Porto Rican stage should beat all records. After different passages in several South American countries, the Latin American Poker Tour will be completed in Argentina in April 2010. But while waiting for spring, the LAPT already promises beautiful meetings in prospect.
