Online game: CGT Syndicate is against the opening of the market

The bill concerning the opening of the market of online games continues to arouse a lot of greed and does not still make unanimity. After rebellion of some owners and leaders of casinos, it is in the turn of the workers association CGT to oppose to it strongly while the bill concerning the opening of the market of online games will be discussed in the National Assembly in less than a week. CGT considers that this project can have annoying incidences on the equine sector and the health of French people. Considering this new excessive law not caring about the equity, it calls up purely and simply to its refusal.

In a press release, Fnaf-CGT lets know that the equine sector give work to 69,000 persons in France. Still according to Fnaf-CGT, the French monopoly which was at the beginning of its creation intended "to fight against corruption" allowed to create many jobs. It is also afraid that the future market of online games becomes the new favourite ground of mafias. It especially mentioned its fear concerning the French people addiction in games, knowing that the new technologies of communication amplify this risk of dependence. Still according to the CGT, the government wish to break the monopoly is unfounded; the State simply wants to facilitate handful private investors which can get a big profit there. But according to the French State, these new measures aim at checking and at controlling the fervent growth of the tenders of online game, but also at defending the players in front of risks of addictions in a free sector.
