Antoine Saout's final table at the Main Event of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and recently, that of Adrien Allain during the Asian Poker Tour (APT) are the proofs that the French poker goes well. It is Macao, new Las Vegas of Asia which welcomed from the 19th till the 23rd of August of this year the stage of the Asian circuit of APT. The Main Event which took place at Galaxy Starworld Casino gathered a field of 326 players. The young French player, only 23 years old, was seen on the final table among big players. During this event, it was the player from Hong-Kong, David Steicke, who was indicated as the big favourite of this Asian tournament, but the presence of some poker player like JC Tran, which is doubtless one of the better poker player in the world in tournament wre counted during this tournament.

With this victory, the young player native of Rennes known online under the pseudo "Zlatan35" get an attractive sum of $3,035,000 HK that is exactly $391,556. The former banker tears away the title from the Korean Inwook Choi who finished at the second position in the tournament and from the member player of the Team Poker pack, JC Tran who was at the third place. Within some days, he becomes a star of poker in Asia. Adrien Allain's victory is simply astonishing when we know that he was qualified thanks in a five dollars satellite.
