Online games: The first international show in France
Even if certain statements declarations of these last days talk about the delay of the opening of online games market, what is certain it is that Paris planned to organize the first international show of the Poker and the Bet by February 12th, 13th and 14th, 2010. Reminding us that, the French government wants to take on an authority under the name of ARJEL, (Authority of Regulation of Online gambling) for the control and the attribution of the French licenses to the operators working in this domain; which will be limited to a number from 12 to 15, at the first time. Beyond that, nothing is still official concerning the regularization, the new legislation for a legal access of these operators to France even though some information is partially revealed. And naturally, the auditions for the selection still continue throughout this month this.
But be that as it may, the event will be held at Champerret in the XVIIth district of Bets and will open its door to the operators of the online poker and the online bet. After long years of operation in this domain considered as illegal, they will have, for the first time, the right to present to the visitors and especially to the enthusiasts of online games their respective tenders on the French territory. Apart from them, stores proposing equipments of poker and casino as well as some organizers of offline tournaments of poker and of casino parties for CE will be present.
