The World Series of Poker (WSOP) which started on last May 1st in the paradise of the games “Las Vegas” will put an end the battleships on next July 14th. The final will take place on November. With a buy-in of $10,000, the greatest poker tournament in the world could gather this time, 60,875 participants of whom French celebrities of online poker like Aranud Mattern, the winner of the European Poker Tout (EPT) in 2007, Estelle Denis, Hélène de Fougerolles, Patrick Bruel Raymond Domenech…From the beginning, different 57 competitions are proposed to the passionate for poker whoever they are professionals or amateurs. The winner will receive a gain of $8.5 millions.

From the beginning, the misfortune already affected Arnaud Mattern, his stack falls down from 30.000 dollars to 17,000. Anyway, he could increase it little by little, followed by the good cards and a bluff. But despite all these things and the performance which leaded him to win more than $1.3 millions of gain until now, this young player of online poker belonging to the French team was eliminated during the Day2. But nothing is lost yet for France because among the 40 French players, Estelle Denis is still there leading with $131,800 and Hélène Fougerolles who passed the Day3 with a stack of $18750. The only one thing which remains unknown is if one among them will go back with the first prize of WSOP.
