Team 770 : Two qualified after the Day 1 of the WSOP Event#54

After one month of competition at the 40th edition of Las Vegas’ WSOP, players of the Team 770 still continue their adventures in this famous great world appointment of poker. Among the 35 online qualified during satellites proposed on poker sites like Poker 770, some still participate at the meetings of these last days. Moreover, results recorded by these players were promising and some of them didn’t tell their latest words yet. Concerning the Event#54 of which the Day 1 took place on Tuesday of June 30th, among the 2,800 players enrolled at this No Limit Hold’em tournament for $1,500 at the end of the day, 390 were qualified for the next stage. During this day, two players of the Team 770 will participate at the second day of the competition.



Gregory Chambon known under the pseudo « Gregou42 » having more than 22,000 chips after the finishing of this day and Samuel Lemoin or « Samo62460 » possessing 17,000 chips still have chance to go further. But other members of the Team 770 hadn’t the same luck to be qualified because of their confrontation against renowned players of poker’ environment. Some players indeed faced during battleships the American professional player IceMan. Michel “mich05” Sougnez, another member of the Team 770, from Belgium had to face his compatriot and pro gamer of the Team 770, Jamel « JMO770 » Maistriaux during the same Event. With the continuation of this Event, promising results are still expected.
