Cagnes sur Mer: Tranchant group opens the doors of a new casino
Is the financial crisis which strongly affected the games sector and casinos in 2008 and during the first months of this year already behind us ? Casino operators’ investments seem recovering, indeed. After Fouras where Emeraude group renovated its gaming rooms, Monte-Carlo’s firms investing more and more in environment, there is now the Tranchant group inaugurating a new project, too. Indeed, its new casino in Cagnes sur Mer, in the Mediterranean seaside of France, the Casino Terrazur has just opened its doors to the public since Wednesday the 10th of June after several months of work. However, its official opening is foreseen on next June the 25th.
With a modern design, this casino having more than 1,000 meters square of surface area at the ground floor will propose different games starting from poker, passing by black jack, bingo but also slot machines. The place counts moreover 80 kinds of this machine and 100 Tito, the most modern version. “There is less handling by our employees”, Benjamin Tranchant, vice-chairman of the eponym group confides, talking about the reason why they choose this model. And in this part of Azur Coast, feminine customers are one of the greatest users of these casinos. “In normal time, they form more than 60% of our customer”, a person in charge of the casino continues. The design and the environment at this new games firm were made for attracting eyes and people : semi-transparent decoration based on glass, metal and timber, a room for spectacle which can receive more than 700 persons and at the latest floor, the terrace which can be privatized.
