Blackberry 8700 Series Cellphone Allows for Texas Hold 'em Poker Play Courtesy of MGN Technologies, Inc.

(Press Release) MGN Technologies, Inc., doing business as Mobile Gaming Now (the "Company"), has announced the release of "Gold Mobile -- Texas Holdem," a 10-hand Texas Holdem' mobile game built specifically for the Blackberry 8700 series mobile phone. The BlackBerry 8700c is the first handset available in Research in Motion's (RIM) new range of Intel-based smartphones. The 8700c is available exclusively on the Cingular network in the U.S. and the 8700r is available exclusively on the Rogers network in Canada. The 8700 is a quad-band GSM/GPRS world phone which means it should work in most places on the planet. The QVGA color LCD screen is new and improved at 320x240 pixels. It's described as the fastest Blackberry yet.

"We're very impressed with the new Blackberry 8700 series. With the speed of the device, the new screen size and the clear graphics we felt the device would be a perfect device to launch our new Gold Mobile game," said Mark Jensen, CEO of Mobile Gaming Now.

Mobile Gaming Now builds PC and mobile games in the casino games arena. The Company's first product is Texas Holdem', which can be played on the PC simultaneously with the mobile phone. Because there are approximately 2,500 different phone devices used worldwide the Company developed different levels of games.

WAP-Mobile Texas Holdem' is a text-based version of the game available on a WAP page and is accessible by nearly every phone with wireless Internet access. Bronze Mobile has limited graphics and can be used by most mobile phones. Silver Mobile has simple but attractive graphics that can be played by most smartphones and other phones with a larger screen size. The new Gold Mobile will be available only to large screen smartphones starting with the Blackberry 8700.

"We have a 6-hand and 10-hand game that integrates simultaneously with the PC. A player at a table can't tell if someone's playing on a PC or a mobile phone. The new Gold Mobile is a 10-hand mobile game with high quality graphics. It's our top-of-the-line mobile game. Players can also use the other blackberry devices to play our games. The list is available at our websites."

Jensen said Gold Mobile is available on the Company's three gaming websites. Play-for-free Texas Holdem' is at www.mgnpoker.net. Play-For-Prizes Texas Holdem' is at www.mgnpoker.biz. Play-For-Money Texas Holdem' is available at www.mgnpoker.com. Mobile Gaming Now's corporate website is www.mobilegamingnow.com.

The Company launched its full compliment of gaming sites in Q1 of this year and has announced early marketing results as being favorable. The Company has registered nearly 1,000 players in the first month of operation. Jensen said the Company expects to register approximately 150,000 members its first year which includes registrations from its Licensees. The Company announced successful results from its search engine marketing, which is expected to generate 540,000 hits in March of this year. First year projected revenues for the Company are approximately $5.5 million. He said the average poker player has an approximate lifetime value of $600.

"We generate revenue from our gaming sites and our licensing fees. We've launched our full compliment of gaming sites and Texas Holdem' products for PC and mobile phones. We're now entering our marketing phase where we create site traffic, registrations and revenues. It's an exciting time for our Company as we roll out our products and build memberships," Jensen said.
