Dave "Devilfish" Ulliott, arguably the UK's best-known and most successful poker player, has reportedly inked a licensing deal with a subsidiary of Excapsa Software Inc. Through his exclusive license agreement with Game Theory Ltd., Ulliott will release his own online poker site, with membership in the Excapsa Poker Network, which is also home to UltimateBet.com.

This is not Ulliott's first time dealing, at least indirectly, with the folks at Excapsa. For the past four years, the British poker star has represented Excapsa's flagship online poker room, UltimateBet.com, as a member of TeamUB, the site's band of resident pros. Ulliott has shared TeamUB membership with other heralded pro players, including Phil Hellmuth, Annie Duke, and Antonio Esfandiari. With his own site, the Devilfish is moving his involvement in online poker up a significant notch.
