Online Poker Update: BetandWin completes acquisition of Ongame
Online gaming company BetandWin has officially completed its acquisition of online poker software provider Ongame, the company behind PokerRoom.com. With its acquisition, BetandWin becomes one of the biggest Internet gaming companies, second only to online poker giant PartyGaming.
The acquisition will allow both companies to widen their scope and geographical reach.
