You don't even have to be a beer drinker to take advantage of Milwaukee's Best Light's latest promotion. The light beer brand is challenging online poker players of either sex to “Bet like a man," as the promotion's website challenges, giving them a shot at winning a seat in the 2006 World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event. The Milwaukee's Best Light Texas Hold 'Em Challenge, which is open to U.S. residents ages 21 and over, is a free tournament series that will ultimately divvy out six seats at the WSOP. The first two of those seats have recently been awarded.

Two Ohioans, Scott Burress from Columbus and Greg Sellmeyer from Cincinnati, beat out thousands of online poker players to win the 2006 WSOP prize packages, which include, in addition to the tournament seat, airfare and hotel accommodations for two, as well as $1,000 in spending money. Aside from the WSOP seats, runners-up can win Milwaukee's Best Light poker sets, 600 of which are up for grabs.
