In Virginia, a friendly poker game among neighbors turned treacherous, when four armed men crashed the game and robbed the players. Seven neighbors had convened on New Year's Eve at a local garage for some poker action. The new year had already rung in, and everything seemed good and well for the poker buddies.

A little over an hour into the new year, however, four men, three of whom were masked, kicked the garage door down and stormed the poker game, ordering its participants to the floor. The poker players each forfeited their cash and mobile phones to the attackers.

As of press time, the police were still in pursuit of the perpetrators and their descriptions were not available.
