The Heartland Poker Tour is a program geared towards poker fans in middle America, with venues and the majority of the show's broadcast audience located in the Midwest.

The Heartland Poker Tour wants average, hard-working, red-blooded Americans to be able to participate, and therefore has placed buy-ins in the more affordable $250 to $550 range.
