Hosts of the show Carmen Electra and Desperate Housewives star James Denton shared poker stories before going on stage to host the show. Response to CelebPoker was phenomenal, as many celebrities participated in poker talk and tried out the new system. Artists like Bon Jovi, Nick Lachey, Paula Abdul, and more mingled with the crowd and also signed a few poker tables to be auctioned off for charity.

It is rather tough to create hype in today’s poker industry with so many options available to players, and competition is tight.
