The World Poker Tour (WPT), being partially responsible for the worldwide poker boom, has become a sought after brand name for products ranging from collectibles to confections. World Poker Tour Enterprises (WPTE), which licenses the WPT name for the purpose of creating an extensive line of branded merchandise, recently added six companies to its list of licensees. New licensees include Shell Auto Expressions, MZ Berger, Frankford Candy, Zippo, Hot Properties! Merchandising, Inc. and Pacific Direct.

Licensing agreements were mediated by Brandgenuity LLC. Brandgenuity specializes in providing major corporations with strategic licensing planning, prospecting, negotiation, licensee management and program administration

Among the WPT-branded products to be released thanks to these latest licensing agreements are auto accessories, poker wrist watches and clocks, lighters, magnets, memo pads and bottle openers. There's even something for WPT fans with a sweet tooth. Fans will soon be able to purchase WPT branded candies and gift sets, for that special someone.
