Pro poker star Daniel Negreanu has signed on with Card Shark Media to release a weekly column, offering his inside view on the world of poker. The new column, 'Playing Poker with Daniel Negreanu,' got off the ground last week and will be syndicated by Card Shard Media to newspapers across the U.S. and Canada.

Rated 2004's Player of the Year by ESPN and Card Player Magazine, Negreanu brings a unique perspective that only an expert can claim. His other accolades include winning three World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets. He also leads the way in poker cash winnings, having racked up close to $6 million, since 1998, when he officially went pro.

'Playing Poker with Daniel Negreanu' features information on a variety of poker games, not just the ever-so-popular Texas hold'em. Negreanu's articles will offer insight into poker rules and strategy, as well as tips for how to become a better poker player. Negreanu will also share insider info from the pro poker circuit, describing some of his more notable poker experiences.
