Online poker room AbsolutePoker.com recently announced its ranking as the fifth largest poker site on the web. According to a source for the site, Absolute Poker has grown by leaps and bounds in recent months, which has translated into twice the revenue, deposits. The number of simultaneous users has also doubled, clocking in at over 10,000 users logged in simultaneously.

Absolute Poker is licensed and regulated in Canada and offers over 1,000 poker tables available for play at any time. The site also claims to feature more tournaments than any other online poker destination. Through some of their satellite tournaments, Absolute Poker is sending delegations of players to both the World Series of Poker main event in Las Vegas, as well as to World Poker Tour events.
