Online poker portal PokerFaces.net has announced new marketing efforts to expand its member base. Recently the site has announced a new feature which allows members to send their best poker face to the site and have it voted on by the site's visitors. The voting capability is open to the general public, not just members. This feature attempts to give members a face on the sometimes all-too anonymous web.

The site also allows members to post profiles and chat about their favorite game, further helping the global internet community become just that much closer.

For its second promotion, PokerFaces.net is giving away a free deck of cards for new members just for registering. Registration is free.
