Demand for specialty gaming tables, including poker tables, has recently been on the increase. As important a role as function might seem to play, style seems to carry just as much clout, and price is no object.

In light of the poker craze, furniture manufacturers are offering a variety of game tables, for everything from poker to backgammon and chess. Some even sell matching chairs. The damage? It could be up to $5,000 per table. Some companies even give customers the option to custom create their own tables. For poker fans on a budget, however, discount dealers offer cheaper alternatives.
