Midas Entertainment, Inc., whose subsidiary, Creative Millennium Ventures provides poker software to the online casino industry, reported financial figures for the month of January. During the month, $5.82 million in bets were wagered using the company's software, which translated into $135,000 of excess revenue for the month of January.

The company is taking advantage of its continued growth to explore further areas through which to expand the company's marketing reach. Sites already using Midas' software include CityPoker.com, KingMidasPoker.com, DesertPoker.com and SharkPoker.com. The company was created in July 2004 as a spin-off of AngelCiti Entertainment, Inc., which still holds a significant number of shares in the software company.
